This unique handwoven artwork draws inspiration from the Art Deco and Bauhaus movements, and named after the commune of Etterbeek in Brussels renowned for its Art Deco architecture.
Woven on a dobby loom in my studio using a double cloth weaving technique, combining a variety of weave structures to create different surface qualities throughout the piece.
