The Uccle Block Cowl is handwoven on a dobby loom in my studio using soft merino lambswool and a traditional extra weft weaving technique. Each of these tactile, limited edition pieces are then meticulously felted and finished by hand.
The Mead colour way is woven in blocks of caramel, melange shades of grey and deep reds, and is designed to wear as a single loop around the neck.
Drawing inspiration from Art Deco decorative details, this special piece takes its name from an area of Brussels renowned for its early 20th century modernist architecture.
Limited edition – only 6 pieces ever made in this colour-way.
