DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all items. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
You can also arrange collection from our studio, or free local in person delivery in the CM1 postcode region only. Please kindly select local pick up at checkout and specify.
We currently deliver to Europe (EU & Non EU), North America, Australia & New Zealand. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for on all items. If your destination is not listed or calculated at the checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote and to place an order.
We are not liable for any tax or duty charges for international delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that you check with your local government customs office before you place your order.
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
The majority of our products are handwoven to order in our studio in Writtle. The estimated lead-time is advised on the individual product page. You will be notified of the lead-time once you have placed the order. Occasionally there will be some items in stock, in which case your item will be delivered in 2-4 working days.
We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund on all unused items purchased from this site within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure that the item is packaged well, and returned using a signed for delivery service including the reason for the return. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. We will not refund the original postage costs. However, if the item is found to be faulty, then we will refund the postage and the price of the item.
