DELIVERY & RETURNS
We offer free delivery within the UK with the exception of the Channel Islands. We use either Royal mail or Parcel Force signed for service on all items.
You can also arrange collection from our studio. Please kindly specify this in the notes section when you place your order.
Our handwoven cushions are all made to order in our studio, and therefore can take up to 10 working days for delivery. You will be notified of the lead-time once you have placed the order. At certain times of the year we hold some cushions in stock (see individual product listing for stock levels). In this case, the product will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Larger orders may have longer lead-times, depending on the quantity. Please contact us directly if you require a large quantity or need the product delivered urgently, and we will endeavour to help with your request.
Throws will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Delivery to Europe, USA and the rest of the world will be available soon on our site. Please contact us if you would like to place an order and we will arrange accordingly.
We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund on all unused items purchased from this site within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure that the item is packaged well, and returned using a signed for delivery service including the reason for the return. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. We will not refund the original postage costs. However, if the item is found to be faulty, then we will refund the postage and the price of the item.
