DELIVERY & RETURNS
UK – last orders 19th December. Final orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 on 20th December.
Up until the 23rd December you can also arrange collection from my studio, or I offer free local in person delivery within the CM1 postcode region. Please kindly select local pick up at checkout and specify. I will then contact you to arrange.
INTERNATIONAL – last orders 12th December. Some countries are later than others, so please contact me and I can advise.
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all items. Please allow 3-5 working days for processing and delivery.

Worldwide delivery is available. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. We use Royal Mail International Tracked on all items. If your destination is not listed or calculated at the checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Europe: 3-5 working days
Worldwide: 5-7 working days
Please kindly note we are not liable for any tax or duty charges for international delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that you check with your local government customs office before you place your order.
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
The majority of products are handwoven to order in the studio in Writtle. The estimated lead-time is advised on the individual product page, but please do get in touch directly if you require a piece by a certain date. Occasionally there will be some items in stock.
We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund on all unused items purchased from this site within 28 days of delivery, with the exception of *made to order and commissioned pieces. Please email if you would like to return an item. Ensure that the item is packaged well, and returned using a signed for delivery service. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. We will not refund the original postage costs. However, if the item is found to be faulty, we will refund the postage and the cost of the item.
*Made to order pieces unfortunately cannot be refunded, unless found to be faulty. If there is a piece that you like I can send you a small swatch or yarn wrap for colour before you commit to an order.
